I have been working in the Real Estate field since 2000. I started as a part time residential market salesperson and moved on to the basic bookkeeping of a professional management firm. During the course of my tenure in the aforementioned management company I became involved in all aspects of the management of Multi-Family Rehabilitation properties and all of the intricacies entailed with turning a failing property into a thriving development. In addition, I have a strong working knowledge of commercial assets including the utilization and benefits of all types of leases and the necessity of deferred maintenance to bolster profitability.
